Online Tax Administration System

Our Online Tax Administration System provides a secure, self-service area for taxpayers and/or their representatives to access a range of online services.

You will be able to:

  • Register for a free user account
  • Register for various tax types such as Value Added Tax (VAT)
  • Communicate with the tax office by sending and receiving messages via the "Tracker"
  • Manage your tax accounts: Submit tax filings, Make payments, Amend Filings, Request Changes to taxpayer information
  • Make Enquiries (general or specific)

Who should use this system?

Persons that may need to register:

  • An Individual who is a Sole-trader/Proprietor or other individual who needs to
    • file and pay taxes,
    • communicate with or send an enquiry to the department, or
    • conduct business with the Government.
  • A Non-Individual that is a Company, Partnership, Non-profit/Charitable Organisation, International Organisation, Embassy/Diplomatic Mission, or such that needs to
    • file and pay taxes,
    • communicate with or send an enquiry to the department, or
    • conduct business with the Government.
  • An Individual or Non-Individual can identify a Representative to conduct business with the government on their behalf.

Persons who do not need to register but may want to make general enquiries and communicate with the VAT Office will need to create an online user account.

Persons may access the online tax services including enquiries by first creating a user account. Once they have a username and password, they can log-in to the system. Logging in will put you at the Welcome page of your account where you can:

  • Access tax services
  • View your account details (i.e. profiles, payments, filings, etc…)
  • Make enquiries

Are resources available on how to use the system?

Yes. As a registered user of the Online Tax Administration System you will have access to the Online Help once you have logged in.
